I am trained to journey alongside with you by providing a safe, constant and confidential space where you can simply be yourself.  Our journey together will be experiential and open to possibilities.  As people experiences life in their unique way, I use integrative approach by deploying a variety of methods to provide the support you need, with the underlying perspective of seeing human as a whole being, encompassing the mind, body, emotions and spirit.
